A photocopy of previous China visa.  If previous China visa is on an old passport, photocopy of old passport is required.  You will need to submit both "Old" and "Current" original passports.

Non-US passort holders must provide a photocopy of their proof of stay in the US, such as US Green card, full copy of I-20 or US VISA (L, H, F, TN).  *B1/B2 Visa will not be eligible.  Original copy is not required.

A photocopy of the driver's license or major utility bill with your name and address is required.

Your application form must be verified by us before you submit online.  Once the application form has been submitted, it cannot be modified in any way.

An invitation letter of duly authorized unit issued by the Chinese Government.

A formal invitaiton letter issued by a company or instituion in mainland China.

 Personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.

Information about the invitee’s visit to China: reason for coming to China, date of arrival and departure, place of visit, relationship with the inviting unit or inviter, who will pay for the travel, etc.

Inviting party information: inviting party name, address, telephone number, official seal, legal representative or inviter’s signature, date, etc. (the information must be included in the text of the invitation letter)

Photo Requirements

The photo needs to contain your full face on a white background.

The photo cannot be older than 6 months.
